Abu Dhabi · AI-to-machine automation infrastructure

Order, born from many.

A20Core builds the infrastructure that lets AI operate real-world systems — sovereign-grade, AI-agnostic, from the edge device to the national control layer.

Agritech & FoodOur flagship vertical — irrigation, controlled-environment growing, food manufacturing.

01 / 04Agritech & Food

A model can reason about a pump, a line, or a field. It cannot reach one. Everything between the reasoning and the machine — the sensing, the protocols, the permission to act — is infrastructure that mostly does not exist yet.

That layer is our whole business. We are not a model vendor and not a point-solution app: we build the ground AI stands on when it operates something real, and we build it so a nation can own it.

How we work

Two ways in.

Mode 01

Harness what exists

Most infrastructure was never designed for a machine to operate. We connect AI to the plants, lines, and controllers already running, so it can read from them and act on them safely — without a rip-and-replace.

Mode 02

Build for AI

Where the existing infrastructure cannot be made AI-ready, we build infrastructure that is — designed from the ground up to be operated by a model rather than retrofitted to tolerate one.

The system

Two products, one system.

Sense is where AI meets hardware. Platform is where AI meets operations. One Sense node governs one site; the Platform governs every node, across one sector or many.

The fleet

All sites · all sectors

A20Core Platform

The monitor-and-control layer: one operating picture across every site and sector, with AI-optimised ERP, CRM, and finance modules built in — so business logic and operational logic live in the same governed system the AI acts through.

  • Aggregate, monitor, and control assets across sites
  • One sector or many, from a single control surface
  • Embedded AI-optimised ERP · CRM · Finance
  • Orchestrates the fleet of edge nodes beneath it

The node

One site · one asset cluster

A20Core Sense

The edge node: an optimised MCP server — Model Context Protocol, the open standard that lets AI models call real tools and systems — sitting where AI meets machinery. It speaks the machines' protocols, translates between real hardware and the models above it, and executes automations locally, so a lost link does not mean a lost site.

  • Bridges physical hardware and the models on the Platform
  • Runs automations at the edge over MCP
  • Governs one site or asset cluster
  • Speaks industrial protocols, not just APIs

The difference

A model that acts, then checks its work.

A signal rises from the hardware. The model reasons about it. The action goes back down as an MCP tool call with limits attached — and the loop closes only when the node confirms what actually changed. Shown here on a growing block, our flagship vertical; the shape is the same on a pump station or a production line.

What we own

The whole stack of enablers.

Any one of these can be bought somewhere. Holding all three — and making them answer to each other — is the part that is hard to assemble after the fact.

Hardware

Custom automation devices

Purpose-built for sensing and control in real operating environments — heat, dust, distance, and bad power included.

Protocol

Proprietary MCP servers

Our own servers for MCP — the open Model Context Protocol that connects AI to real tools — let models create and run automations against real systems, not merely observe them.

Governance

Guardrails & residency

The validation, safety limits, and data-residency controls that make autonomous action acceptable to a sovereign operator.

Where it runs

Sector-agnostic by design.

A vertical is a packaged application of the same Platform and Sense system — not a separate product, and not a change of company. Agritech and food security is where we are deepest and where our government-facing work concentrates today.

Industry & production

Who we serve

Government first.

01

Government & sovereign

Primary

National and sub-national institutions running critical infrastructure at scale. Typically proof-of-concept first, moving to multi-year licenses against agreed success metrics. Data sovereignty and residency are non-negotiable.

02

Enterprise (B2B)

Operators that own significant physical assets — vertically integrated producers, industrial operators — and want unified monitoring, control, and AI-driven optimisation across them.

03

Partners (B2B2C)

Where our infrastructure sits underneath a partner's own offering to their downstream customers.

What holds

Commitments, not adjectives.

AI-agnostic
We are the harness, not the model. Bring, swap, or self-host — no re-platforming, and no dependence on any single vendor.
Sovereign by default
Residency, guardrails, and control sit inside the customer's sovereign boundary, not ours.
Infrastructure, not app
We are the layer between AI and the world — not a point solution, and not a passive dashboard.
Operators stay in command
The system coordinates and stewards. It does not take the wheel, and it does not hide what it did.

Let's talk about your infrastructure.

Ministries, authorities, and operators: tell us what you run today and what you want it to do on its own. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right layer for it.
